Copyright & DMCA Policy

Paidova respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement of content posted on Paidova (including posts, images, videos, reels, stories, and audio) and remove or disable access to infringing material.

Reporting a copyright complaint

If you believe content on Paidova infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and enough information for us to locate it (for example, the URL or username and a description).
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material is infringing.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, and telephone number, together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which Paidova may be found) and to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

Paidova will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
